BL Densifier
BL DENSIFIER (BLEND)
It is a liquid surface hardener and densifier, silicate based, consisting of different silicate derivative products, designed to be applied to concrete and cement based floors. BL Densifier reacts with the free lime in the concrete to form calcium silicate hydrate. These insoluble silicates increase the strength and water resistance on the concrete surface. Increased surface hardness reduces dusting and facilitates maintenance, providing a healthier environment. Compared to traditional sodium and potassium silicate hardeners, BL Densifier is easy and fast to apply.

It is used in factories, storage areas, garage floor concretes, aircraft hangars, shopping malls, parking lots, microbeton applications.

It is single component and easy to apply. It reduces application time and costs in diamond polishing works. It can be applied to old and new concrete surfaces. It has high abrasion resistance and its hardness increases over time. It penetrates into the concrete and reacts with lime (calcium), prevents the concrete from dusting and causes it to harden.
