Tree Bottoms
Tree surrounds are targets for careless litter and require a lot of time and effort to keep them spotlessly clean. With permeable Isopave® applications, tree bases are low maintenance. Hall and Rooms
Isopave® Stone Carpet provides an elegant and natural look in all interior spaces. Stone carpet cleaning in home and office stone carpet applications is not much different from standard carpet cleaning. It can be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. The stones to be applied can be preferred as natural or drummed. Thus, when walking barefoot, the drummed oval edges do not dig into the foot and cause discomfort. For more hygiene in stone carpet, IsoStoneFiller transparent resin filling can be applied between the stones after application. Skirtings can also be made in vertical resin form and extremely aesthetic surfaces can be created with stone carpet.
Wet Areas
Isopave® stone carpet creates extremely elegant and aesthetic surfaces for wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. Due to hygiene requirements in both kitchens and bathrooms, it is recommended to apply IsoStoneFiller transparent resin filler on the stone surface. Without resin filler, oil, solid fat, eggs and many small crumbs can enter the gaps in the open porous structure of the stone carpet you will use in kitchens; stains left by lime, soap or organic residue can occur in bathrooms. All of these can be easily cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, hard brush and steam. In all wet areas, due to the porous structure and water permeability of the stone carpet, it is mandatory to apply waterproofing under the Isopave® stone carpet application.
Filler Applications for Interiors (IsoStoneFiller)
In stone carpet applications made in interior spaces, Isopave® Stonefiller filling can be applied between the stones without disturbing the surface texture in order to prevent particles or dirt from entering between the stones. The resin, which becomes transparent after application, provides a shiny appearance and provides ease of cleaning and maintenance by transparently filling the gaps between the stones. Although the filling material provides a gapless surface between the stones, it is not used as an insulation material. In Stonefiller applications, especially in wet areas, it is recommended to apply insulation suitable for the building physics under the resin stone carpet coating.
