Isopave Resins
Isopave Ultramax Resin
Isopave® Ultramax, 1K is recommended to be applied with the ready-to-use method. It is a gravel ratio developed for medium pedestrian loads, gravel size and dust binding resin contained in gravel. It is between 3-5% of gravel weight depending on aliphatic polyurethane. It does not deviate due to its structure. It is environmentally friendly due to its intensive solvent-free formation and is compatible with pouring and spraying due to its plant consistency.
Isobind 2K Pool 2 K for Pool Use
Polyurethane Resin
Stone carpet applications to be made in pools require a special resin. Isobind 2K Pool is a resin that is both UV resistant and hydrolysis resistant due to constant exposure to water and can withstand pool chemicals. Isobind 2K Pool can be used both horizontally and vertically in pools with its double-component aliphatic polyurethane structure. While it provides workmanship advantage with its suitable working time, it provides the necessary application time for vertical surfaces.
Isopave Double Max Resin
Isopave® Doublemax is a two-component flexible gravel binding resin developed for medium pedestrian loads. It does not yellow due to its aliphatic polyurethane structure. The resin and hardener shipped as two components are mixed in ready-made proportions and then applied by mixing method. The usage rate is between 3-5% of the gravel weight depending on the gravel size and the dust contained in the gravel. Drying time is shorter than Isopave® Ultramax time.
Isoepoxbind Epoxy Based Indoor Resin
This resin is our own production and is epoxy based. Epoxy based resins are suitable for indoor use. Polyurethane resins are always the most suitable resins for this job, especially for outdoor use, due to their flexibility. However, epoxy resin can also be preferred in environments where the ground is solid and does not require yellowing resistance and where hot-cold differences are not high.
Isovert Vertical Resin Powder
In addition to horizontal applications, Isopave® stone coating can also be applied on vertical surfaces. Our powder resin used for vertical applications is combined with Elastan® 120/S. Thanks to its more viscous resin structure and application with special primer, it provides a stronger adhesion to vertical surfaces. It does not cause shedding problems due to gravity during application and after drying.
Stonefiller Water Based Filler Resin for Stone Carpet
It is a pore filler that provides partial sealing, designed to close the pores especially in interior use in resinous stone coatings. It is frequently preferred for cafes, restaurants and home use due to its easy cleaning. Due to its filling structure, it provides brightness and liveliness in colors on the surface it is applied. Stonefiller, which can also be used outdoors, provides very long service periods with regular maintenance over time.
