Stone Stop Mixing Method
Step 1
Ensure that the aggregates are clean and dry to ensure a strong bond. For best results we recommend using a stone with a diameter of 4mm to 8mm. If the surface will receive foot traffic the maximum stone size should be 10mm.

Step 3
StoneStop and stones are mixed using a large drill or shovel. After mixing, it should be checked that all the surfaces of the stones are covered with resin. If the mixture is ideal, the laying process can be started. In order to level the stones, the surface can be leveled with a float after the laying process. Then, the process should be completed by pressing with a plaster trowel (alternatively, the surface can be hit with a trowel). It should be ensured that time is allowed, and only the spraying process should be done without mixing in the 2nd layer.


Step 2
Before applying the stone mixture, make sure that the base is solid. Bases such as hard ground or existing hard pavement will be the best. If application will be made on soil, a 5-7 cm thick cushioning should be made with resin-free crushed stone under the decorative stones. It is recommended to apply the final layer of stone mixture mixed with resin to the filling between 20-30 mm.

Step 4
After application, the product should be left to cure for 48-72 hours. After curing, spraying a thin layer of TaşStop on the surface using the spray method will increase the surface strength.


Matters to be Considered
During application, adjacent areas should be protected from TaşStop. TaşStop, which is designed with high adhesion strength, will also stick to different surfaces if care is not taken. For this reason, it is important to mask before application. It is also recommended to wear protective gloves, glasses and clothing for occupational health and safety.
Tips
Mixing Method is the strongest and most durable method of TaşStop application. For the best results, it is recommended to apply on a solid base. At the end of the process, try to cover and compact the surface of the stones as much as possible. The more compact the application layer, the stronger the bonds of the stones with each other.
